Ester Kustovna Miagi

​

Soviet lecturer and composer, born in Tallinn, January 10, 1922. She studied composition at the Tallinn Conservatory under M. Saar, graduating in 1951. At the Moscow Conservatory she continued with postgraduate studies under V. Shebalin until 1954, when she returned to Tallinn to teach theoretical subjects at the Conservatory. She was awarded a medal in 1972.
